The Deutche Bank former CEO just testified in the Trump "Fraud" case. He said they routinely lower high net worth individuals all the time when issuing loans. In the loan under question by the AG, Trump submitted his net worth as $5.8B. The bank lowered it to $2.5B and Trump did not protest. Trump, the CEO testified never missed a payment in 20+ years.
So Trump is guilty in saying his net worth was higher, the bank said um no, and issued the loan on what they thought his net worth was.
100% this is politically motivated. People can say what their house is worth, and its always higher than what the bank thinks it is if you are looking to pull equity out of it. It's not a crime.
Only because Trump is running for President is he sitting there.
The judge and his wife are life long Democrats. The AG ran for her office saying she is going to get Trump. There was no victim in this alleged "fraud".
100% this gets tossed on appeal. The judge even just admitted there is no victim here, but technically said Trump violated a statute. Ok, so you going to put tens of thousands now on the stand in your Court? 100% politically motivated and Trump will never pay a dime.
All these lawsuits are politically motivated by life long Democrats. Every expert says there is little chance the January 6th case secures a conviction, and even if it does, 100% tossed on appeal. Trump wins, the new AG tosses the document case.

Cohen was told by the Bureau of Prisons that he could only be allowed out on home confinement if he agreed not to speak to the press or write anything about Trump. He refused, and was promptly thrown back into prison and isolated in solitary confinement.
