Trump is getting the last laugh on Mitt Romney who has announced he won't run again. Romney said it's time for the young folks to take over and called on Trump and Biden to also not run again.
The real reason Romney won't run again? He's the incumbent but polling just 30% in the Utah Republican 2024 Primary. He knows the vote will consolidate against him and he can't win.
