Well debt free but broke in the grand scheme of things. The entire Russia's gold reserve is roughly worth what Saudi Aramco made in 2018. But yea doubt neither is too happy about the rise of US shale oil production. Saudi's just can't be too direct about it.Quote:

I bought some home builders weeks ago on a particular afternoon. Thought it was a great idea. Interest rate 1st level thinking, I’ll admit. That got stopped out a long time ago.

USDCAD went from 1.338 to 1.394 (last night), but is now back to 1.38ish.
Ontario and BC are outrageous, I own a real estate brokerage and sell in Alberta, the market here is challenging and the current pricing war between the Saudis and Russia is crushing us. Western Canada Select price not profitable for energy companies here. We are now sitting on historically low interest rates in Canada. Going forward Canadian REIT's will be a good buy.Quote:
