don't worry guys, plenty of awesome cards coming up. I mean, they just announced Artem Lobov v Cub Swanson as a main event for a Fight Night in a few months. try to contain your excitement as best you can.
I'm def looking forward to Holloway-Aldo in Rio, tho. Should be an awesome fight, maybe they'll even have it in one of the abandoned stadiums they have just sitting unused all over the place now.

The UFC also just cut the #13 and #14 ranked LHWs, one of whom is on a 4 fight win streak, all via stoppage. No idea what the fuck is going on in that org.

The old UFC strategy, as far as retaining fighters went, was to re-sign them before they ever hit the end of their contract. The new UFC strategy is that, short of proven moneymakers, everyone fights out their deal. They're not cutting most of these guys.
