You could tie it in to many things. It is not plainly obvious unless you're ignorant of alll the other factors and that is naturally what you will think about. This is going to be the bias of pretty much 95% of people who look at the map. (Or perhaps they're biased against it being a race thing)
Also, I don't know how many people say those things are "the" problem, but they are definitely
a problem. Is that view too extreme for you? lol.
