A mother was pushing her twin son in a stroller and walking down a rural highway. A drunk driver hit them from behind killing her sons and she is hospitalized.
Attached is a picture of this low life who will never be a free man again. The article said he left the scene but was captured later.

I don't believe that the lady who got hit by the drunk driver is his actual "neighbor" and more of a Mr. Rogers kind of neighbor.
