I don't agree with curtailing voting rights based on race, sex or creed. But there needs to be a universal IQ test to absolutely prohibit some of the dumbest muther fuckers from registering to vote. We should definitely care for them and do what we can for them but they need to be excluded from any decision making process.
Smart people like myself and yourself need to be granted more voting responsibility, given our greater ability.
