Once you subtract the illegals who are registered to vote in CA who can legally vote in CA elections but not federal elections among others. (Each state can set the guidelines for in state elections as they choose) plus the number of minors in the country. There is nowhere near the number of registered voters vs eligible. I won’t even go into the fact there were countless cases of votes exceeding at times 10% the number of registered voters in many areas.
