Note that the "mass shooting" has not been verified in any way. It's clear that shots were fired and people were hit. The circumstances of this are unknown, Hamas has completely lied about the death and injury count, and there's no reliable video of it occurring.
There's reports now that Hamas did the firing, in order to create this phony story about Israel attacking innocent civilians lining up for food.
