This has definitely been a very bizarre, underreported story.
Luckily they don’t seem to be flying as far South as Atlantic City. Not like I could see them through the fog here anyways.

So is there any proof that there is a real situation with these drones? That it wasn't just some bullshit that lead to people joining in on a hoax? Because if there is a situation and these are not civilian drones I'd be 100x more concerned with what they are looking for/scanning for than anything else.
