I agree all whole-heartedly w/all 7 statements......
I also know pay-pal got a building of Lawyers and has a lotta folks suing them as we speak. I hope that no one Loses more $ pursuing this so vociferously(sp?).
BUT DEF ABOUT TIME. I hope they At Least Settle . It is Racketeering Pay-pal is guilty of actually. IMO>. I am Not a Lawyer.
Oh, for sure they are going to throw some of their full-time, salaried lawyers at this one. Going to be a much tougher challenge to win this than defeating Postle's frivilous defamation suit.
However, big companies like this have been defeated many times before, even with these teams of lawyers at their disposal. I have faith that Eric is going to put up a vigorous fight for Chris and any other plaintiffs, and don't be surprised if they emerge victorious when this is all over.
Eric will be appearing on radio tonight to talk about it, and of course we will be giving updates on the case as it progresses.
