I like Sonatine, but it's pretty clear he is focused on his new money making website, charging members, etc.. But on this free site we need PSAs and I am going to take over the tropical development threads on a go-forward basis. They are a lot of work, and take critical thinking but I will resume my responsibilities. Like I said, I like Sonatine but I think we can all agree he was a little out of his element on this one.

Updates start soon, presently there is no tropical activity.
