Don't want to hijack, but this post wasn't a comment on unions themselves.

I was simply stating that the delivery drivers are already paid well, and I believe the union contract actually forbids them receiving tips. Either way, the site has no mechanism to do so.

If you want to be a cheap Jew, getting vons.com to delivery groceries is WAY cheaper than shitty Instacart with its markups and the expectation of tipping drivers.
