Gotta love these guys. first off one of them isn't even licensed in AZ he's a Las Vegas Atty come to find out (If you've been to Vegas you've had to seen signs for Kevin Lerner up there)

They switch sides whenever the money suits them (pun intended)

Glen Lerner (seen above) is not only in Vegas, but he is such an infamous ambulance chaser type that even he pokes fun at himself about it:

pretty sure Glen Lerner is also over here in the 312 as well.

He's on the side of busses and shit.
this guy is the best in Chicago. i've delivered to his office downtown. it's my most prized pen in my collection (I collect them from clients over the years)

you can visit one of his many offices, including my favorite, the Taco Bell Geraci:
now you'd think this guy's FB would be all corporate and stuff? Hell no, that's not how Pete gets down. He sometimes posts flame ass food and how to make it:

But if we're talking lawyers who will get their fucking commericals stuck in your fucking head, we can't forget JG Wentworth.

There's like a bunch more of these videos, one of them even parodies one of my favorites, and an all time classic, Network:

Attorneys don't really chase ambulances. Here is how it works: The attorney gives his business card to the cops, firemen and EMTs. At the scene the EMT (or whoever) tells the victim that they need a lawyer. Inevitably the victim asks if they know anyone good. The business card is then given to the victim. On the back is a phone number, that way the lawyer knows who to give a kickback to for the referral. This is called soliciatation. It is totally unethical.

This actually happened lol, well "allegedly".Quote:
THE DIRTY ARMY: Nik tony Nguyen, a high profile personal injury attorney in Austin, has been cheating players 10’s of thousands of dollars out of the underground poker scene in Austin. He partnered with a dealer and used a device called a poker scanner to cheat the game. The device uses a cell phone looking upc scanner device, an earpiece which is hidden under big earphones which poker players commonly use, and a normal looking deck of cards that the dealer used that has upc codes micro printed on all for sides of the deck. Once the deck was shuffled the device would let him know which seat at the table had the best and second best hands. You can see a video on youtube of the device under ‘poker scanner video’. I have a feeling this guy might end up in the nightly news soon.
JG Wentworth isn't a lawyer dude. It's a company that buys up annuities partly or in full for those getting money over an extended period. It's basically a reverse loan situation. They pay a chunk knowing they will make money on the backend. The old time value of money thing.
In 2012, I won a "captioning" contest in the Las Vegas Sun for a political cartoon. Mine likely won because I referenced Glen Lerner who is so well known in Vegas.
(Berkley and Heller were running for Congress in the Vegas district.)
