Can I continue my pattern of ascension for NL events in the 2015 WSOP?

4 NL events played, 1 to go:

Colossus: Went out early, never had chips
Millionaire Maker: Peaked 3.5x starting stack, lasted 75% of field
Extended Play: Peaked 12x starting stack, lasted 92.5% of field
50/50: Peaked 23x starting stack, lasted 96.5% of field
    Main Event: ?????

I am not sure if I will play it next year if it returns. I like the fact that it had a higher percentage of fish (or at least that's what I observed), but hated how a super deep run resulted in such a low cash. Even the guy finishing 13th got a laughable $9k. Imagine that... you finish 13/1123, and you get 6x your buyin. Fail.
Aren't you completely ignoring the fact that this was a "sponsored" tournament by Draft Kings though? I'd venture a guess that they paid over the $75,000 in additional rake an extra 500 runners would've generated for the branding rights for the tourney. Maybe it won't be back in the same form as this year but I think you are giving Ceasars way too much credit for doing what's in the best interest of the players as opposed to their greedy bottom line. Frankly I wouldn't be surprised at all of we started seeing more branded tournaments.

its not a bad idea...have more tourneys sponsored to offset the cost of the dealers. Plus, I would think some people would want to play this style just so that they can say they cashed and covered some of their trip costs.

Great lineup in the Aria Cash Game today but now Twitch decides to kick the bucket.

Scott Seiver, Doug WCGRider Polk, Paul Newey, Sam Trickett, Kirk, etc...

Lineup seemed to have some promise with these action wiz kids up in there minus Docnit Sands and Newey but I agree the banter is terrible and the action isn't super sick yet.

Maybe towards the last few hours when a few people get stuck will it get better or when JRB shows up but I can't watch anymore right now.

Robl just doubled up Kirk in a flip on the side. They ran out a PLO hand. They really want Kirk to stay in the game, he said on the stream that he has lost 4 Million in a week.

Well it is pride week after all.
From the tourney updates page, we see that Gold is playing pretty bad and getting lucky. I love the little dig the writer makes at the end.

    Gold On a Rampage

We didn't catch the entire hand but Jamie Gold gave us a recap of his latest knockout. After three limps, Gold explained that he shoved all in with a covering stack. One player called the shove and Gold was dominated.

    Gold: Js6d
    Opponnent: JJ

The board comes down K 6 2 10 6 and the river gives Gold trips and huge pot.

"I'm not proud of it, but I am close to three fifty now," Gold says, referencing his stack.

A count confirms that Gold is in fact close to 350,000 chips, but not quite.

    Jamie Gold - 335,000.
