However, i am now banned for trolling. Every "scammer" on this site is allowed to freely post yet I cant post under my regular account. But now 408 has done the exact same thing. 408 even went further in lying about payment. Not even searles did that. I think searles should pay. At least something. But I just really don't understand why some people who owe money are treated different than others. For a site named after alerting the poker community to fraud, it sure does take a selective view on who is a fraud and who isn't. When it's obvious to an outsider that they are all the same. An argument can be made that what is in the past is in the past, and certain posters have made up for their misdeeds since. But someone like 408 is no different than searles. He may even be worse. Agree 100%, this is basically exactly what I was trying to say. If memory serves, FckVwls even rolled ICFishies out of a bunch of money, Weissman rolled USC & Tommyboy, and 408 is now telling Vegas to fuck off over $50 that has been owed for months. And yes, the idea is that he rub it in everyone's faces to be consistent with the behavior of JS and Mike. Then if he gets banned, we have a single common variable between JS and Azzclown, but not Mike.

Since he's made several dupes in the past two weeks, it might be time for him to be completely shut out here.

BTW, I don't typically ban scammers here, because I want them to have the opportunity to defend themselves regarding the allegations against them.

I would typically only ban a scammer if:

1) They are a danger to the community to scam others
-or-
2) They are rubbing their actions in the victims' faces

Jsearles falls into category #2, even though I don't think he's likely to scam again here.

For example, Jasep isn't banned, because I still want to see his answers to the community's questions (however ludicrous those answers are), and he's unlikely to scam anyone else at this point here because of all the "publicity" he has gotten lately.
