    Druff,

Very interesting take on your resident fag's rolling. Its almost to be expected from a young, confused little dick licker but you're a grown ass man. To run a site named PokerFraudAlert and then basically laugh at this jerkoff stealing money from a company is hypocrisy of the highest order and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Lose this eye for an eye bullshit. Stealing is stealing, whether its from Pokerstars or the Pope is irrelevant. Karma will catch up with PLOL, probably from an early AIDS related death but you should be ashamed of the way you handled that situation. If someone makes a mistake and they don't catch it then fuck them. Nice way of thinking there your highness.

Also great job basically throwing Jesep under the bus. The guy hasn't done a single thing shady on this forum and he hasn't been anything but generous with his time and money regarding your website and its members.

You took the biggest, nastiest dump I've ever witnessed in my life on your show last night. Keep up the good work.

You wanted me to put a stop to the discussion in the Jasep thread, and have been accusing me of hypocrisy for not doing so.

I would be a hypocrite if I DID put a stop to it as you wanted, because the whole point of this site is to promote open and reasonable discussion regarding potential scams in poker, and that's what I see going on in that thread for the most part.

You seem to prefer that I censor it because it contains accusations against someone that you personally like.

Explain how I am being a hypocrite by the way I'm handling that thread, which is obviously the reason you are pissed off at the moment.

So let me get this straight...

    Put yourself in PLOL's shoes.

You just came home from the PCA, where you played in a $1025 tournament that was bungled so badly that most people who played had an almost zero chance of cashing. You brought it to Stars' attention via 2+2, and after Lee Jones promised an investigation and subsequent action, the ultimate solution is to screw the rightful winners out of thousands of dollars each.

Then you think back and recall that Pokerstars stole as much as $24.99 from every US player (yourself included) through their obnoxious cashout policy of FPPs after black Friday.

Then you turn on your computer and see that they accidentally put an extra $1100 in your account, that you can easily cash out with no legal consequence.

Do you SERIOUSLY e-mail Stars and tell them to take their $1100 back? Even after all of the above?

If so, I'm sure you've been taken advantage of by many people in your life.

Pokerstars ALWAYS looks out for its own interests.

You need to look out for yours, not theirs.

If you are a really, super-duper nice guy, you take the $1100 and give it back to the Stars players who were collectively cheated out of their FPPs.

But you definitely don't give it back to the company that stole so much US money in the first place (including yours).

I don't see it as fraudulent money.

    See above.

If someone held up a convenience store and tried to donate 1% of the proceeds, I wouldn't accept it.

    This is different.

Do you think what Stars did with the FPPs was theft?

Do you think that what they did with the ZOOM tournament (AFTER knowing all of the details) was theft?

Do you think Stars allowing a multi-accounter to cash for hundreds of thousands in a tournament was theft?

Please answer all of the questions, and not just one with a twisted conclusion drawn from it.

To answer your above question, NO it is not right to multi-account because Stars allowed one player to do it, because that is stealing from other players, not Stars itself.

FPP situation: After Black Friday, in order to make nice with the DOJ, Stars agreed to cash out the FULL VALUE of every US player's accounts, including FPPs. They inexplicably made you cash out FPPs in blocks of 2500, meaning that any remainder in your account (1-2499 FPPs, which will occur for over 99.9% of players) will not be able to be cashed out. This sounds like small potatoes, until you multiply it by their millions of real money accounts and realize how much money they stole this way.

ZOOM situation: See the Scams, Scandals, and Shadiness forum. Basically, it was a novelty $1k tournament where people played one at a time. They allowed a change in the rules at the very end that SEVERELY benefited the last 10 players, to where everyone else beforehand had very little change to have cashed. Stars reviewed the complaints after PLOL made a stink about it on 2+2, but ultimately only awarded an extra $2,360 to affected players who cashed or were on the bubble, cheating people who should have earned much more than that (as much as $7k) had the screw-up not occurred. Stars did not give any explanation how they came to the $2,360 figure, other than that it was the min-cash value. People were cheated out of thousands. PLOL played in this tournament.

Are you honestly going to try to say that it's acceptable to steal from someone that you feel has stolen from others? If that's so, then it would be right for me to go knockover a Bank of America because they fucked over a few folks on home foreclosures. While I have no problem with what PLOL did because I have no stake int the matter, for you to say that the money he donated isn't dirty is laughable.

Whether you realize it or not Druff, you have the appearance of looking at things that benefit you with rose colored glasses. You allowed allegations to be leveled against Jasep by people who had no connection to his BAP or knowledge of what he was doing. It started with speculation and turned into a witchhunt. In the end, what the fuck does it matter because the Jasep thread and the PLOL Stars thread brought more traffic to this place than you've seen since it started. Keep justifying it to yourself because fuck all if you'll ever listen to anyone else.

LOL @ thinking I am enjoying the Jasep thread.

You really think I want the "traffic" from discussion regarding one of our longtime, active users (and occasional radio co-host) possibly scamming people through BAP? No, that would make me and the entire community look terrible. Why am I allowing it? Because I think censoring such a discussion would be a huge disservice to the community, and would also be a hugely hypocritical move on my part.

I am also not benefiting from the PLOL situation, other than the $11 he donated to the freeroll (which was nice, but isn't exactly going to do anything for the site in the long run). Did it get people from 2+2 over here? Perhaps, but that was shaniac's doing (who's not even a member here), not mine or PLOL's.

Also, as has already been pointed out, this was an "error in your favor" situation, not an active case of theft. PLOL did not TRY to roll Stars out of $1100. They accidentally gave it to him, and he took it, presumably out of (rightful) bitterness over their unethical and shady handling of the ZOOM tournament and other recent situations involving money.

And again, keep in mind that VERY few people would actually e-mail Stars and tell them to take their $1100 back. Most would quietly cash it out and hope they never hear about it, and the few exceptions would probably hold back out of fear, not morality.

    Serious question:

    What would be more moral?

Giving back the $1100 to Stars, which you can prove has stolen a lot from the poker community over the years, or cashing it out and giving the money back to those affected?

I realize that PLOL kept it for himself, but hypothetically, which do you think is more ethical?
