This makes it an even weirder coach choice. Maybe this is the only place Uriah can beat him or something; coaching.

Not weird at all. UFC has 2 ppl they think can get ratings on tv, and Ronda sure as fuck ain't doing TUF again. Only possible way to pop ratings on that show is to have Conor on. Good idea? That can be debated for sure, but Conor is more the obvious choice than a weird choice.
This makes it an even weirder coach choice. Maybe this is the only place Uriah can beat him or something; coaching.

Disagree here. It was only after he had his nose broken last night that he actually took overt the fight. Rory got beat down badly in round 2 and came out with a great round 3. A fighter without heart would have been done after round 2.
The only other time I can remember somone blatantly quiting in a championship fight was GSP tapping to Serra. Disagree all you want but he will never be champion he doesnt have the heart. He was less then 5 minutes away from winning the title and quit. You have to either be alot better then everyone or be willing to die to be a champion. RL was willing to die. Theres no chance any punch that didnt knock him out was going to get him to quit like Rory did.

That is my guess too. It was rumored before the Kimbo vs Shamrock fight that if Kimbo won Bellator was wanting to make this fight happen.
