I will expound on a few details to read the replies of advice. Ummm ya lol. I am breaking up with my boyfriend who lives with me in my home. He says I have to give him months notice on 1st of the month so can't see him out till end of April if this is true.

He said he would kill himself or I could kill him and make it look like a suicide or he could kill me and make it look like a suicide. he could do part 1 and I would be happy to clean his brains off my wall. Part 2 not interested in just want him gone from my house. part 3 is the tricky part if he killed me and made it look like I committed suicide then my daughter wouldn't collect half million in life insurance.

So if he did part 3 how do I make sure my daughter can collect. I don't think this will happen but covering bases.

I mainly want to know my rights in getting his ass out. I have heard stories about people having to leave their home until that time is up. I am not coming home at the end of that time to an empty house.

You've got to write a note, record a blog, something saying there is zero point zero percent chance you ever kill yourself. And say you are scared of him. This thread is a pretty good start actually. Just make sure Druff knows your real name.

If you are scared for your life, you dont have to wait to get him out of your place. You could call the cops right now and tell them he threatened to kill you and make it look like suicide and they will haul him away tonight. Then you get a restraining order and viola, he gone.

Considering the threats, wouldn't restraining orders do just as well as an eviction? If you try to evict, he has rights (or enough rights to make it hard to get him out), but dude threatened himself and you. That should be more than enough for any judge.


also, i'd bet the 30 day thing doesn't have anything to do with the first of the month, but your area's laws may differ.

you need to go to housing court and begin a formal eviction process.

they will determine how long he gets before hes evicted, probably 90 days.

upside: they wont buy a suicide at that point, so your daughter gets paid in the shade.

downside: he may go for it anyway.

he did remodel the basement poker room. As time went on less done till nothing.

If he threatened your life you need to get the cops in there when he's not expecting it ASAP. If anything have them have him move out and give him a day escorted by police to get his things and be gone. Put the house up for sale. Move and start over.
