Just wanted to say don't get discouraged by Micon's bullshit. I grind out 1/3 NL for a living in Kansas and listen religiously to every show while I play. Filthy Limper is in no way a "fail site" to me and I appreciate all the work you've done to produce an enertaining radio show. Looking forward to the next show.

Yeah it's funny you mention that. I actually thought about throwing down $100 and putting up the Seals software here -- only for play money (maybe using Pahticipation Points to buy chips), but as a way to hold radio tournaments or whatever.

I think I'd need a separate server for it, though, and it probably wouldn't be worth all the trouble.

You're probably right that they got the $100 version.

Don't dismiss the value of the email addresses for the people that sign up just for the freerolls. Once online poker becomes legal you could shift the users over to an affiliate status on a real money site. Plus it would be just one more way to bury donkdown. My guess is the server utilization would be pretty trivial. It's not like they have security or true random number generation going on. Might be worth investigating. You could probably segregate the admin controls and delegate someone to run that piece for you.

Love your show, only problem seems to be the volume control.

As Druff is selling wsop shares now, you may want to figure out what sort of radio schedule you'll have during WSOP. Donkdown did a reasonable job, but some of their episodes were from "house parties" and other half arsed efforts. Having a policy in place beforehand would make sense.

Also, for you and for Druff, keeping a master list of all the guests and which episodes they appeared in would probably be good value, and easy to implement sooner rather than later.

I was writing up indept episode summaries for DD, but Martha stopped uploading them when Druff got the boot and I assume its in part because Micon had the idea of monetizing the radio episodes.

If you guys are going to do the indepth episode summaries, best to start those early as well, they dont take too much longer than listening to the episode, but consistency, and planning are key.

Keep up the great shows, and now Heeb is back, should be some solid radio shenanigans.
