Me defeating Druff 100 BB heads up - http://youtu.be/LmxTH0rZaLk?t=2h12m35s
Great job syncing the video Crowe. I enjoyed Druffs commentary. I'm in for some Limit Ring poker.
Druff, even though you lost the match, you certainly did a great job explaining your thought process and you were right so often.
You should probably create a Strategy Video library if you plan on doing more of these and I hope you do.
Yebsite rubber room poker ftw.
I'd like to play yebsite. I thought druff's SB defense was a little too tight.
Quick explanation of how I fixed the video, in case it happens again. It was a frame rate issue, nothing more.
First, we need to rip Druff's commentary off the track and save it so nothing happens to it when we try to fix the video. ( You may be able to skip this step, but it only takes 1/2 a minute and prevents anything from fucking it up later, so its worthwhile.)
I took the broken vid/aud (badvid.avi) and opened it in Avidemux. Under Audio, choose save, and save the commentary as a .wav file (goodaud.wav). Now I had Druff's commentary as a separate audio file. I'm gonna fudge the numbers from here because I don't remember them exactly.
Druff's audio was 2:52:20, and the video was about 2:58ish. Obv the video needs to match the audio, as opposed to the other way around, because slightly faster video playback is a lot better than slowed Druff audio playback.
Back in Avidemux, under Video, choose frame rate. The frame rate here on Druff's original video was 60 frames/second. Since the amount of time I needed to cut/shorted was about 1/30th of the entire video length, I added 1 frame per 30 and went with 62fps. Everything plays about 1/30 of a second faster, but it's animated online poker. Nobody's ever gonna notice that shit. The timeline of the bottom of the screen went to about 2:53 or something, so I moved the frame rate number a tad once or twice until the audio and video times matched exactly.
Finally, under Audio, choose Main Track. Switch Audio Source to External Wav, and then select the audio file you saved in the first few steps (goodaud.wav). Click OK when done, then in the main screen, just finish up by saving this as the new, fixed aud/vid file with File ~~> Save ~~> Save Video.
