Zero point zero chance Micon gets regulated anytime soon. At least in the sites current iteration. The no dox requirement alone would sink him. Micon either just saying that to look good or he has no idea about licensing requirements(0probably both). If Micon was serious he would need to make fundamental changes to the site which he has said he wont and plans to run as before.
Im think the only individuals who would touch any project with Micon are the type of individuals who would:
take advantage of his lack of knowledge, setting up a future potential to roll him
take a majority ownership of the project, keeping him very hands off with everything not pertaining to promotion

No regulation board is going to allow seals to be certified with how they run. I expected Micon to revamp tos with introduction of 2.0 software. Certification boards are very strict on how you go about screening for such things as minors. Anonymous accounts could never get approved.

Running a licensed site from Antigua would also cost him hundreds of thousands of dollars no? To just pay the lincensing fees. He claime all you need is an email address to play, he will never get licensed based on that alone.

The cops bust in, claiming to have a warrant, and take all of the chips, cards, tables, TVs, money etc. The people in the room: players, dealers, runners....usually have no idea of what their rights are (the cops prey on this), never even asking for a warrant or realizing that they don't have to let cops into the home without one or consent.
They'll handcuff/interrogate people, and then just let em go with no charges (while the cops who took part of the raid get a sweet new poker table).
Also, since there is no actual arrest, it doesn't get logged into the news cycle (where the police don't have to deal with the ACLU and the police state questions - in Southern states, they don't give a fuck about gambling and often brag about sending swat teams into games with grandmothers and shit).

I have had Issues with credit cards in Europe
No one who has met Micon would question his integrity (ok almost no one).
The X factor here is the 'new people' hes bringing aboard. We saw this pattern repeat itself on the old silk road sites; one day, bitcoins vanish, and some dude the site operators trusted is no longer responding to emails/phone calls.
With Micon shopping for an entirely new team to replace Seals, I think one would have to make quite a leap of faith to deposit btc on a site that:
1) has totally unknown elements hired under duress responsible for the money
2) absolutely 100% has not had the time or money to hire 3rd party penetration testers, much less code auditers
3) there is no indication they have any perimeter defense solutions (IDP/IDS) in place to mitigate emerging threats.
Between the site getting hacked by Russians and one of Micon's new superteam enabling Godmode by sniffing network traffic, tailing logs, or snooping processes.... I consider any deposits to that site to be critically endangered pending a responsible disclosure from the chairman detailing what progress has been made on all those fronts.

What danger would micon's passport be in, I wonder? If charges get filed, they for sure could stop him from ever renewing it again, but would they possibly even try to revoke it if they felt he was blatantly thumbing his nose at them?
On the other side of it, how easy is it to get your green card equivalent/working papers/whatnot in Antigua? They run an open door policy there?
Also, are warrants public info? Can we look that shit up somewhere, or maybe foia the docs if we have to? Just curious.

SWC gets busted in Nevada for licensing & announces he is getting licensing in Antigua and this subject does not get examined by the interviewer?
