Kentucky wildcats huge favorites +150. This is a great opportunity to make money on someone else.

Now I don't know much about college basketball cuz I never really pay attention until the tourney so im looking for some help on some good teams or some good players on shitty teams that could make a 500/1 run. Teams we don't need to discuss: Kentucky, Arizona, Wisconsin, Duke, UNC.

dont know if the odds are right, but you might want to look at wichita state...last undefeated team last year...gave an underseeded Kentucky team a helluva game in the round of 32...returning upperclassmen back court including fred vanvleet who I think is on the early season wooden watch list...

odds on these guys might be shit since everybody knows that they are probably the best "mid-major" out there...

haven't checked the odds on villanova because it would drive me fucking nuts to bet on a team I root for, but theyre interesting...

pros: very heavy upperclassmen roster...pinkston, ochefu, arch, hillard, ennis (who looked like absolute shit, but is off to a nice start this year) with nice young guys like hart/Jenkins/booth...

big east as far as I know is going to be a cakewalk with no Creighton in the mix this year...should mean a 29-3 type record and a 1/2 seed....

cons: big east is going to be a cakewalk...probably the last test will be against Syracuse on December 20th...probably not too much in the way of in conference challenge (as far as I know)...
soft conference can cause shit habits...we rolled everybody last year except for Syracuse (played them well for the first half, then got blown out) and Creighton (they kicked nova's ass so badly last year I'm still feeling it)...lose to a really shitty seton hall team in the BET (huge choke job on novas part)...I think if nova was a tougher team they beat UConn last year...napier got in foul trouble early, the lead got up to 10, but nova just couldn't step on their throats when he was out in the first half...UConn hung around and napier came back and it was over...

I think with the fact nova was ranked in the top 15 to begin the year the value probably isn't there, but if you can get these guys at 30-1/40-1 I think it's as good a bet as any...

I don't know what the odds are but WI is by far the best team not named Kentucky. Kentucky won't win it all. They will lose to a team they should beat because of inexperience. WI has almost everyone back from their final four team and really good depth.

They played pretty tough vs UK, so might not be intimidated if they meet up again in the NCAA's.

My local had Kentucky at 5-1 before the season started,
(Total mistake on his part, at the same time 5dimes had them at 2-1, and he always gives out lower futures than offshore )
so I loaded up, I'm just waiting for someone to post "UK vs the Field" type bet and bet on the field.
