Well, a rookie was the difference. Tommy Edman hit a slam in the 6th to guarantee me a tie, and then the Reds put one more on the board in the bottom of the inning. Then I was able to turn it off, and that's the way the game stayed.

Almost also fired on the Washington over, but I thought Strasburg would pitch too well to feel good about betting the over 10. Turned out 17 runs scored because Washington put up a cool 13 on the board.

    Spread: 1-4 (-3.13 units)

    GRAND TOTAL: 58-70-3, -7.59 units

I'll need to step this up if I'm going to come out a winner in baseball in 2019.

Once again I seem to be doing better in totals than everything else, especially since May 21. In that time period, I went 12-4-2 (+7.19 units) in totals, and 11-24 (-11.29 units) in everything else.

Remember Gil Alexander & Beating the Book, Daly?

I have what probably can only be described as gay feelings for Gil. He is so eloquent about a subject that otherwise is numbered by idiots. He has a tender kind of sensibility and empathy toward his subjects. I could listen to him talk about sunsets or the NFL. He’s Jewish too.

Funny a guy that talented gravitated to that business.

You gave that to me. That really is what triggered my interest in sports wagering. It’s been fun and profitable and I will never forget all of your lessons.

Daly, did you read Chris Andrews book “Then One Day”?

Of course, the student now surpassed the teacher, buddy. Here’s an apple.

I don’t give you guys everything but I’m in a chatty & generous mood. I don’t think Daly would notice this post elsewhere. DonaldTrumpsHairpiece I recall was generous with JeopardyJames too. Shout out

Gil Alexander interviews James. Fast forward to 56:00 mark. It’s actually in hour 2 of the show but there’s the setup.
    https://www.vsin.com/videos/a-numbers-game/

I really like this kid, JeopardyJames. He’s very real & normal. Sports wagering talk.

Third night in a row for Indians RL? Weird night.

    These are ideas.

    970 Tampa Bay Rays -1½ -118
    972 Cleveland Indians -1½ -161
    962 Los Angeles Dodgers -1½ -163
    You can parlay +383

Debated individual but do 2 units if u are inclined to gamble

    Angels -118

I think the apocalypse is coming.

Vegas had two sizable earthquakes (even if not centered there), I'm betting overs, and Sanlmar is betting not just the Dodgers, but the Dodgers -1.5.

    Wow.

Might as well continue that trend.

St. Louis (Wainwright) at Cincinnati (Mahle) - Over 10 -115
Milwaukee (Chacin) at Arizona (Clarke) - Over 10.5 -105
Texas (Minor) +195 at Houston (Verlander)
Seattle (Leake) +108 vs. Angels (Barria)

Yes, I realize that Leake got clobbered by the Angels for 7 runs in 2/3 of an inning last week. Yes, I realize Seattle has lost 6 in a row. They will win tonight.

The St. Louis over easily covered early.

The Milwaukee over is in great shape early.

But that damn Texas game, they gave up back-to-back HR, and yet they came back to only be down 4-3. But they only have the 9th now to tied it up. Not that optimistic. I shoulda gone with the White Sox as the big dog instead, but I just hate Reynaldo Lopez because he gets bombed so often. Almost did it though.

I guess even if that fails, if I can go 3-1 (Seattle up 3-0), that won't be too bad.

Wow talk about a bad beat...

That Seattle pick of mine is no-action.

    Why?

Because Barria didn't start -- he came in after Cole unexpectedly opened the game for 2 innings.

    What a fucking joke.

I took the bet as listed -- and to be honest, all of my picks here are intended to be "listed" not "action".

So despite the easy 10-0 win, I'm taking it out of my record.

I ended up 2-1 today instead of 3-1.

I’m honestly not even looking GBCP so thanks for the update.

    You know what’s gay, Druff...

Seattle had a perfect game going into the 9th inning....

and still hit the over with 10

Seattle has a sick over record.

Nice hit on the reds/cards over. I think you’re getting the hang of it. If I can be of any help you let me know.

Having said that, I must have 6 unders today.

    I LOVE Greinke today -130

Kershaw vs an All Star pitcher -300? I might have to bet 1st 5 Miami +255. I mean that’s stupid. Stick that in a parlay perhaps.

You think the Dodgers will try to get Greinke back? They let the wrong guy go.

Well the good news is there are only two guys left who realistically can win this thing and Fleetwood is one of them. The bad news is it’s probably 85/15 against him. Top 5 looks nice though.

Sleep well Lowry - no pressure buddy.
