    Bad news.

Teams are now 3-10-1 after their 5 day break after a hard fought 3-1 Oiler victory.
    Therapy post

I thought this was a great matchup by the history & the numbers. FWIW, shots on goal was 15-1 Hawks at one point in the 1st.

I had this mapped out right down to the empty net goal at the close.

The Hawks were -140 ML. Hockeyguy's stat wasn't reflected by the books IMO. Just casually listening to sports talk this morning 3-10-1 is now a trending story. Kid was ahead of the curve.

Any value going forward? Bet that window is closing now. We'll be watching.

Looking back, of course these guys were partying in the Caribbean.

Expensive education. We will see if this loss was an investment or just a good bar room story.

I acknowledged that Chicago started great but Edmonton survived it unscathed & came on in the 2nd & 3rd & was full marks for the win. This game was almost an exact copy of the previous week when the Oilers started great against Chicago following their break then wilted as the game went on & was pretty even after that. The only difference was Talbot played terrible & was pulled in their 5-1 loss & Crawford played pretty good in their 2-1(3-1 with the empty netter) loss.

I think I posted money on fire just after a Talbot take away.

It's 56 degrees right now. I can't stop thinking and repeating my story about building backyard rinks 15 years ago. There would have been absolutely no point the last 5 unless you like swimming.

Drove by a rink last night at midnight. Parking lot absolutely mobbed. Cars still pulling in.

Tugged at my heart. Hockey is THE greatest game to play. It ain't close. Midnight hockey with your blokes is god.

I actually didn't even watch the game last night. Followed on espn app. I really can't watch hockey. It's great live but television completely fails to capture it. It's a game to be played not watched.

Just checked basement. Still got a roll of poly.

Kind of feel the same way but I do enjoy playoff hockey, just a whole different intensity to the game.

Positively dreadful. Gave this 3 or 4 minutes.

No rivalries. No personal hatred or pride. Gone is the old East West rivalry from Bird vs Magic etc.

Positively no way Bird would give Magic a free lane even in the parking lot.

Curry and LeBron just the best of buds and completely faggot.

The Commish would be delighted with a 4th consecutive scoring record. Seems so obvious now.

If the players don't care, why should I?

boogie to the pelicans for a pu pu platter of fucking dogshit...

I mean jesus Christ how the fuck did vivek get to be a billionaire? he has to be the stupidest mother fucker out there...I know boogie is a fucking mental case of epic proportions, but you cant give up a superstar player in today's nba for anything less than a lottery pick...im gonna guess the pelicans are gonna have enough now to get over the hump and beat Denver out for the 8 seed so that first round pick aint gonna be in the lottery...

supposedly the lakers were sniffing around but didn't want to give up Brandon ingram...I get that the kid COULD be good when he puts on like 40 pounds...but Demarcus is a known, youngish commodity...its not like they would be trading ingram for Carmelo or some declining player...put Demarcus with randle and Deangelo you have a nice little young nucleus...tank just enough this year get a semi high lotto pick and you have a really nice team there...Walton is a helluva fucking coach...I mean I've watched a couple of lakers games this year and he's actually getting some decent 'give a shit' outta nick young, which I thought was impossible...

Careful betting NCAAB today. There are some fishy as fuck lines out there.

Duke -1.5 and FSU -2 right at the top of the sucker bet list.

This is probably a bit obvious but it might be worth firing on the Cavs to win it all as soon as you can since Kevin Durant fucked up his knee tonight (getting MRI tomorrow).

Besides the addition of Durant the Warriors are much weaker then last year not having a lot of depth on their bench so depending how long he is out is the key. They might struggle to win it anyways if he is 100% healthy so Cavs future bet looking good atm.
