Hey Everyone,
The WSOP Fantasy auction will be on Sunday at 4pm EST via Skype. If I do not have you on Skype you can add me (TrupQQ). I will do a random draw to start the auction via Skype video. The order that is drawn will be the order that we will be nominating players. Once a player is nominated they will go to auction. If no one bids on that player he/she is yours for 1 unit. You have 200 units to work with and you must always have enough units in your kiddy to buy out 8 players.

Example: you buy a player for 100 units, you now have 100 units to work with, the most you can spend on the next player you purchase is 94 units. You will be left with 6 unit. You can now only buy players at 1 unit each.

During the Skype call I am asking that everyone’s microphones be muted except for my own. I will auction off the nominated player and anyone interested in bidding can do so via the Skype chat. The first one to type in their bid acknowledgement will hold the bid until he is out bid or he wins after a call of going once, going twice.

Once you buy 8 players you are done, you can leave or stick around to see what teams you are up against. I will post full teams and purchased amounts after the auction in the PFA thread.

If you are going to be arriving late it is no problem at all, however, you will have missed out on any players called before you. You must be present before the end of the auction to participate.

Lol, I had a list of people I wanted and I had Bonomo and Haxton on that list and only 1 more spot to fill. I gave up on Bonomo because I figured I'd prefer to have Haxton. Then I missed both of them, lol. Anyway, well played.

I agree that Hotshot probably has the best of it... I had a clear strategy going in and one thing I wanted to do was run up bids on players and dump them on someone else. My team is only one player off from what I had written down. I was not able to run up one player, also the clear best strategy is to save your favorite player for last and stay above the amount of units everyone has left for a lock... I can't believe nobody nominated Charder ahead of me in the last round.
