My elbow was getting fucked up from mouse usage, so I switched to my left hand and it solved the problem. Now I'm back to righty with no elbow problems. That was one cool story I just told you.

I'm a lefty and have always used the mouse with my left hand. However the times you're in a lab/friends place and had to use it with my right hand hand I don't really recall anything significantly different about it, just getting over the initial period of reaching left or looking left for the mouse when it's on the other side.

Try an apple trackpad bro, you can even get ones that are pc compatible. I'm faster with my left hand on my trackpad than my right wth a mouse. With lion I can do so much with gestures pinching and swiping- it's ridic. You are living in the 80's with a mouse bro, believe me.
