Here is my commentary on Day 1 of my Main Event.

He has odds to call with that hand against opponents range. As it turned out his equity was 20% and was third best hand. Not a great hand but as long as opponent does not have adkd he is looking alright. I'd still fold here though.

He does have the odds but this high variance line isn't a great idea here in early in a $10k MTT but I guess if your a shit player you might want to take a big risk to reward early but tournaments aren't won in the first few levels.

If this was an online $50 tournament I like it much better since you lose just jump into another one.

Don't really understand how he snap calls when he's only committed 1100 to the pot. He must have looked down at his 4-3s & realized he was sitting at table 443 & was feeling like that was a good omen. Either that or he must have oversold his BAP or something & needed a good way out. Nothing like shooting off 10K.

I'm surprised how Ivey and Hellmuth didn't do shit this year at the WSOP.

Most years even with the fields booming one of them guys either wins a bracelet or at least goes deep and many years both of them do well.

Neither obv has any worries as they are both balling out of control.

Ivey will continue to rape the craps tables and Hellmuth can always go be in another rap music video with Ludacris:

I think gambling on early Day 1 of this event is foolish. You have enough time and enough donks in the field to get chips, even if you just run average.

Dwan was probably busy playing in big cash games the main event was irrelevant and if you have that many chips coming into day two with the blinds not in that bad of shape you can still do damage.

Most would want to take advantage of the early dead money but when your playing in stakes for hundreds of thousands wtf cares?

I can only see a couple reasons Druff put up the DND.

Benjamin in the room.

Cash in the room.

If I was Druff I would complain to someone in corporate (might as well throw his Seven Star weight around), then I would complain to the Casino/Gaming Manager at the Rio and let them know I will never be staying there again because of the Hotel staff, this is the kind of shit that leads to iPads and cash getting stolen.
