It is an obvious scam to anyone that looks at it. So I call Ebay and get some Indian fuck on the phone who doesnt speak English and can barely understand him. He says not to worry that all i need to do is file a claim on the 23rd and I will be protected by the ebay protection shit.
I dont trust what the Indian is telling nor do I trust any kind of protection shit. Also, it is so fucking obvious this is a scam that ebay should shut the guy down and insta freeze his account. So I call paypal and get a real person on the phone. This person insta freezes their account and tells me I need to file a claim on the 18th if the sender doesnt send me the item or doesnt respond to the claim she just filed.
It got me thinking... What I am worried about is the fucking scammer sends me some pos computer that is the same weight and size as what I ordered. He then provides the tracking number to paypal to get his account unfrozen claiming he sent it to me. Once I accept the package is it basically becomes his word again mine?
