Someone I know moved to Florida so I took a road trip and drove their car down there for them. Instead of taking I95 which is a shitty ride I took the less shitty ride into the country through PENN/WV/VIRGINIA/NC/SC then Florida
left on a Friday night and sat in 2 hrs traffic in Mass which sucked. Drove through New York City and when I got deep into Jersey I stayed the night. Then hit the road the next day and drove through Pennsylvania. Drove through quaker country which was nothing but farms, green grass and people with weird Dutch/Penn accents that I have never heard. Almost stopped in Gettysburg as I was close but kept trucking. Drove through Allentown which Billy Joel made famous
Next up was Maryland for about 10 minutes and there was nothing good to report there and then West Virginia. I stopped for gas in West Virginia and went the opposite way of the gas signs. My GPS re routed me down some back road and on a residential type road which went like this
house then strip club house then strip club house then strip club and this happened for 5 houses and 5 strip clubs. The weird thing is there is no way any of these strip clubs could seat more than 10 people.
Next on to Virginia which had some awesome views of some mountains. Then onto North Carolina which was easily the best looking state in terms of landscaping. Randomly stopped in Mooresville NC to stay the night and it was filled with all kinds of nascar fans and nascar shit. I checked their wiki and it was where the N.C. racing hall of fame is and I think most nascar teams have their home bases there. It was a cool little town with a lot of shit to do. Once we hit NC there was a waffle house or Bojangles at every exit. Seriously just about every exit had one of these and also chick fil a everywhere.
Anyhow Moorseville NC had some famous people living there or had lived there
