I just mean smoking a joint walking down the street is still illegal just like drinking a beer walking down the street would be, as far as I know. That type of public consumption.

It's at an expo center. Private party. Everyone will be partaking I'm guessing except for security.

As far as Colorado's laws go, I'm pretty sure you can't just blaze in public, but if you do get caught, it's a small $100 ticket.
