that does make it a bit more of a pain in the ass for assburgers to clean up. but he does have two things going for him. one - the person he wants to sue resides in the same state as him (yeb totally needs to be forced to rectify this situation as well as pay the kid for his damages) and two - federal courts are generally more forgiving and willing to cut dumbasses who find themselves defaulted because they were too stupid to hire an attorney some slack than state courts (seems counterintuitive but it is true). in the end, the whole thing is a waste of time until shortbus decides he wants to get proactive in a court of law.

im assuming the judgment entered against assburgers was in federal court because of the amount at stake and diversity of citizenship and the fact that someone like mason would know that collecting a federal judgment is easier than a state judgment.

This 2p2 thing is not new to us, he's been on air talking about basically everything that was mentioned in that AMA already. Infact I seem to remember he had the audio from the recording at the time of his call in but didn't want it to air.

Was it known that he basically scammed a handicap person for their SS#, while said handicap person was in another room attempting suicide, and then caused him to get a 200k judgement against him? I was always under the impression that the judgement was against him, and that no one else was involved. Either way he's a scum bag piece of shit. Hence why I said basically everything, everyone knew he used someone elses identity to do this but no to answer your question we did not know he had a mental disability. If you read the AMA you would know that the SS situation is purely speculation, I'm not saying yebbie didn't do it but even the mentally disabled person admitted he was unsure if yebsite took it.
