We wound up at plus 3.00 on the week, I used Friday as my make up day for thursday, I will add that to next weeks payouts instead of chopping 1.80 21 ways this week

Well, not to nitpick, and it's your bap so whatever, but I do think the original deal was that you would do payouts every Thursday, after radio. Maybe I don't have the timing exactly right, but if I recall correctly, weren't you actually significantly in the plus column on Thursday, like up 340?, and decided not to play again until Friday? But instead of locking up the win and paying out on the Thursday schedule, you decided not to do payouts on Thursday because there was no radio(?) (a technicality, don't you think?)....
By not following the Thursday payout plan, you're chopping 1.80 21 ways instead of chopping 200 21 ways. And to be honest, the "every Thursday" regularity of the payouts was one of the reasons I was so keen to invest. Sort of a forced structure.

But whatever -- I'm not criticizing or being results oriented -- I understand there are ups and downs, variance and risk.... I just think the best policy would have been to keep to the original terms, and whatever happens happens.

The week starts over on Mondays, I said from the beginning I would make some adjustments and substitutions etc... I subbed Thursday for Friday as the last day of the week for play, I said the day before that I was doing so and that Fridays results would be included in the week since is was a make up day and I would do payouts on friday and no one said anything about it, it seems like a completely reasonable substitution to me... Its the difference of finishing at plus 4 dollarsish a share and then starting at minus 4 dollarsish a share or just staying at par. I didn't pay myself on Thursday because of the substitution either. 21 people trust me to make the best decisions possible and switching Thursday for Friday was the best decisions this week. Sorry I lost on Friday.

Jasep, I trust you. Having weeks start on Monday makes sense and is fine, and especially if you're announcing your intentions beforehand, no problem.
It was just this part that initially confused me: "...every Thursday night after Filthy Limper Radio I will send out that week’s percentage of profits and start over again at 5K the following week..." I get it now -- weeks start on Monday and thus distribution of profits won't necessarily be on Thursday nights.

Better luck next week! Hopefully there'll be enough cash game action that you won't be forced to play those high-juice Foxwood tourneys!

Uploading now, played 14 hours today... Got a ton of great rest this weekend, spent Sunday with my family and Tim Byrd and I went over a bunch of stuff just to kind of get my head right... Wanted to experiment today to find best times, games, etc... played from 10am to 1am... I think I am going to start playing later, the games just get that much better... It means less time with the lady but she is just going to have to accept that I got shit to do... Overall I was happy with the day, I don't remember losing a single pot that mattered...

Also, after long sessions, or even just late sessions it gets pretty hard to do the videos off the top of my head, everything is foggy at that point, but that's the deal, capture the immediate aftermath...
