More than likely, Dan will hire the best fucking attorney in L.A. or Vegas and the charges against him will be dismissed.
Then the cops will apologize and kiss his ass.
If they give him a bail, he will likely be required to turn over all his guns to the police until case is over with. Usually they will be at your door within 24 hrs after he gets released saying hand them all over. Obv won't be getting them back if he is convicted of felony.

Um, that is exactly the type of thing someone would do that would be factored in as a flight risk. Dan has lots of cash and connections at many private airports. His brother renounced his US citizen and became a citizen of Saint Kitts and Nevis. His father is also a citizen of Saint Kitts and Nevis who BOUGHT his citizenship.

The charges against Dan Bilzerian were NOT dropped...only the warrant was dropped, he still has to appear in Las Vegas court next month on a criminal complaint relating to making explosives.

Dan Bilzerian, an extremely wealthy social media celebrity who has been called the “King of Instagram,” was arrested at Los Angeles International Airport late Tuesday, police said.
Bilzerian, 34, was booked at LAPD’s Pacific Division shortly after 10 p.m., jail records showed.
He was being held without bail, but was released at 1:16 p.m. Wednesday after charges were dropped, according to an official at the Los Angeles County jail’s inmate reception area.
According to LAPD Officer Jack Richter, Bilzerian had been arrested on a fugitive warrant out of Nevada.
He had faced felony charges in the state, including possessing or manufacturing explosive or incendiary devices, according to a criminal complaint filed in Las Vegas on Nov. 13.
Charges in that case were not dropped, Clark County District Attorney’s Office spokeswoman Audrie Locke said in an email to KTLA after Bilzerian’s released from custody in L.A. Locke said she had no information on why Bilzerian was released.
On Nov. 4, Bilzerian illegally possessed “ammonium and/or cooler and/or aluminum powder” and “ammonium nitrate mix,” according to the criminal complaint.
Bilzerian was charged along with Jeremy David Guymon in the case. Both were expected to appear in Las Vegas Justice Court on Jan. 9 for their arraignment, Locke said.
An attorney for Bilzerian, David Chesnoff, was able to get the arrest warrant recalled through the Nevada state courts system, according to the Los Angeles Times. Police could no longer keep Belzerian behind bars because he does not face charges in California, Chesnoff told the Times.
Shortly after his release Wednesday afternoon, Bilzerian was seen walking into his Hollywood Hills home by a KTLA reporter. Bilzerian said he had no comment.
A multimillionaire who was described by the Wall Street Journal in a profile piece earlier this year as being a “social-media celebrity,” Bilzerian became Internet famous in part by documenting his lavish playboy lifestyle through frequent posts on Instagram.
His Instagram account features numerous photos of scantily clad women, along with his arsenal of weapons and an assortment of yachts, vehicles and private jets. To date, the account has more than 5.7 million followers.
Bilzerian is also known as a high-stakes poker player, and has estimated earning some $50 million in winnings in a 12-to-14 month stretch recently, the Wall Street Journal reported.
He has also worked as an actor and stuntman in Hollywood, appearing in recent films such as “The Equalizer,” “Cat Run 2,” and “Lone Survivor,” according to his page on the Internet Movie Database.

When I see women in groups with him I think good for him, and bad for women who have no self respect and just parade around like toys, because now, men are going to treat you like objects, so dont be surprised when we shit on you.

This is all rather confusing. I am guessing the only one that can hold him is Clark County, so if he doesn't set foot in Vegas until Jan 9th he is fine. But warrants/charges don't have boundaries. If you have a (felony) warrant out of Alaska, and get picked up on something in Nevada, Alaska will come get you.
Then you could say well maybe making a bomb or having these materials is just a crime that only requires him to appear, like a citation, but then Clark County says no it is a felony. So if he is charged with a felony, the normal procedures (like bail etc) should be in place yet he gets out 15 hrs later with none of that taking place.
I have no fucking idea what is going on here. Maybe he hasn't been officially "charged" with anything yet. Only way he walks out that I can think of.
You would think since the warrant was "concealed" that they didn't half ass the investigation that would allow him to walk easily. Knowing he is a celebrity, and knowing if they charges didn't stick it would be an embarrassment to the Clark Country office.
I wouldn't be surprised if someone just simply fucked up, did a "favor," and to save face, they pick him up again before Jan 9th. It doesnt make any sense they didnt ship his ass to NV right away especially for charges he has against him.
Tip of the day. If you are living on the edge, and may end up in jail, bury cash and gold somewhere. Nothing more valuable than a 1000/hr Jewish Los Angeles attorney to save you from becoming someones bitch. Most people would be rotting in jail until trial on charges like this.

I get the feeling, based on the poses of the women, that they just want to be famous and want to milk the situation in the hopes that they show up in photos for some agency so they get spotted or snapped up by some rich dude.
It certainly doesnt make me respect women any more. Usually less. The second I see a duck face on a woman in a photo, I want nothing to do with her.

TMZ broke the story ... model Vanessa Castano is suing Bilzerian for kicking her in the face Saturday night at a Miami nightclub.
We're told her lawyer is demanding $1 million to settle. Her argument is simple ... if he doesn't settle and he gets socked with punitive damages -- a jury will see his lavish lifestyle and nail him for millions in order for him to really feel it.
Dan has famously flaunted his wealth. He's bragged about losing $2.5 mil at the poker table and posted another pic of $9 million in chips right in front of him. He's also bragged about winning more than $10 mil in one tournament.
And he loves Instagramming his fleet of jets, cars, boats and other toys.
This kick in the face could end up being a bigger kick in the face to him.

He said on the Howard Stern interview that many of the photos of him surrounded by hot women are staged. He actually has a social media guy who helps put together things like that for him.
That's not to say he doesn't actually hang out with and bang a lot of stripper types, but I think a lot of what you see on Instagram doesn't really represent what's happening/
I do believe the account that he doesn't play much poker. I've always felt his "high stakes poker" involvement is just a cover to hide Daddy's money.
