Posted on FB earlier today word got out that the Horseshoe in Baltimore abruptly cancelled a guaranteed tournament with 5 flights for Day 1 when they massively underperformed on Wednesday which was the first flight, and it appears they would likely have to eat a crap sandwich on the guarantee. Obviously, this isn't the first time a casino or cardroom has pulled something shady like this. It's likely Maryland Lottery and Gaming will or has already received multiple complaints over this. I don't know if it's a Caeser's property or not. I'm guessing it is since they've been pushing the Horseshoe brand out again. If so it's a bad look for Caeser's. It's one thing if it was some smaller local casino especially Indian Tribal as they get away with everything but that's not the case here and I'd be curious to find out if this will result in any action by Maryland Authorities.
