Not going to lie this is ironic given the remnants of that storm went through and did nothing like this meanwhile some typical summer storms cause electrical hazards with water pouring from the ceilings. Just embarrassing and signs of shitty upkeep of the casinos/hotels
I'm actually in Vegas right now. I was fortunate enough to get a suite with floor to ceiling windows, so I can see the storm. Looks very cloudy right now but it doesn't appear to be raining anymore.
The casino where I'm at hasn't had leaks yet.
fucking insane.
whats the o/u on corpses in those runoff tunnels all the homeless live in?

The funny thing is this appears to be much worse than the much-ballyhooed "hurricane" from 2 weeks ago.
That was a big nothingburger for Vegas, and this storm -- believed just to be scattered thundershowers -- is causing real damage and possibly death.
Welcome to the I-15 river

I'm on the way out of Vegas now. I will be driving on that same road depicted as a river above (which was yesterday).
Storms supposedly over but I see lots of dark clouds in the distance.
