Tate is an asshole and a complete fraud, and the fanboys who idolize him are especially pathetic.
However, the virtue signaling libs crowing on social media about his arrest and "owning" by Greta is arguably more pathetic. Gotta make sure you score those woke points by making it clear you hate a guy who makes his living by playing a cartoonish caricature of a hyper-alpha male!
With that said, it's pretty shocking he was dumb enough to sex traffic in a foreign country, given that he's already making tons of money via his social media presence, plus apparently his secret was out awhile ago anyway. He had to threaten to sue some guy for making that claim about him previously. But I guess it's similar to why an online poker site which is printing money would also superuse to cheat its players. Good ol' human greed.
Also, it's pretty naive to assume that Greta was the one who wrote that zinger. She has 5.2 million followers. Her social media presence is her entire being, and there's fairly big money in it. When someone as prominent at Tate came at her in this fashion, there's a high chance she took it to her PR team and asked, "What should I say back to this guy?", and they came up with this response. This is especially likely because she is not known for her humor or zingers. If you scroll through her Twitter, you won't see one example of humor or snark besides this. The whole thing really has Hillary Clinton Twitter energy to it.

Peter Bright, a prominent tech reporter who covered Microsoft for Ars Technica, was charged in connection with attempting to solicit sex with a minor, according to a Daily Dot report Friday.
Bright, who is apparently no longer employed by Ars Technica, is charged in connection with arranging to engage in sexual activity with a 7-year-old girl and a 9-year-old boy, according to a federal complaint filed Friday that was cited by the Daily Dot.
The complaint also said that Bright claimed to have molested an 11-year-old girl.
