Like in America it’s all about location man. Mexico actually loves American exPats who come live and spend money. Rocky Point which is about 4 hrs from Phoenix is a huge resort type Area and has security and there’s no worries about the things you mention also you can get a nice house on long term rental for $700 a month literally almost on the beach and zero almost of hurricane concerns due to track of pacific storms. Until Covid I would make runs to Los Algodones near Yuma due to cheaper prices my long acting insulin down there I can get for equivalent of $180 a month so $540 for 3 months. Even with insurance I was paying $700 almost for three months and that was with 35% copay on top tier. That shits now 50% meaning it’s $1000 now for 3 months. Also OTC and regular meds like zpacks are pretty cheap as well and yes they are legit not counterfeit.
