    LOL @ this conversation I had with a customer service "supervisor" today

    Supervisor: I'm telling you, the promotion you claim you signed up for on the website does not exist. We never offered such a plan for 24 months.

    Me: You definitely did offer it for 24 months, and I have a screen shot of it. I will send you the screen shot if you'd like.

    Supervisor: I don't need to see the screen shot.

    Me: So you believe me?

    Supervisor: No, I don't need to see it because I know it doesn't exist. I am offering you 25% credit of the difference, and that's what I'm offering, which is generous because what you are claiming you got doesn't exist.

    Me: If it doesn't exist, then surely there would be no problem accepting a screen shot from me proving otherwise, right?

    Supervisor: I don't need to see it.

    Me: You mean you are refusing to see it?

    Supervisor: Yes. I have offered you 25% credit, you can take it or leave it.

    Me: So you are cheating me out of 75% and don't want to see a screen shot that proves me right and you wrong?

    Supervisor: I know I'm right and don't need to see any screen shot. You are not being cheated, you are getting 25% that you shouldn't rightfully get.

    Limitles is trying to defend his crippling alcohol addiction by implying that it's not a big deal. The difference is that those people were all hugely talented. Limitles is just a complete loser who lives in his mom's basement and drinks drugstore vodka all day.

    Funny how you know that this deal exists and none of their employees do.

    It is close between Verizon and Time Warner as to which company has the worst customer service.

    I heard Comcast is terrible, too, but I've never dealt with them.

    Interesting how there were a lot of DirecTV guesses. I used to have them, too. For awhile I thought the customer service was good, but it clearly degraded over the years.

    BTW this is not the first time I've dealt with Verizon over this exact same issue, and every time they refuse to see my screen shot.

    They are so obsessed with telling you "no" that they don't know what to say when you can prove yourself right.

    Fortunately I hung up and called a different department and got someone nice, who fixed this problem for me.
