You deleted the previous post I made, so I am restricted from posting certain things.

It wasn't "their" project. It's a joint project between Drexel, Sonatine, SrslySirius, and myself. It just happened to be that Thomas was the one who made the thread. It wasn't spam, it was announcing a new radio show, which would obviously interest many members here. It's not a competing show and shouldn't be a threat to you. You were even given a heads up about the show out of respect, and everybody agreed to have a conference call with you. This is supposed to be a free speech site. Obviously there's limits to that, but censoring content you simply don't like seems wrong. Especially when you explicitly posted that it was okay to promote third party projects. I understand deleting blatant and disrespectful spam, but this wasn't that.

I won't speak for other people but saying I can't talk about a project I'm involved in, when I've been a member of this community for over 10 years is insulting to me personally.

On a serious note, I was just giving my opinion regarding the radio show. I ended up here because I found the show a year or so back. Probably at least 7 or 8 of my friends now listen either regularly or semi-regularly. I’m not on Flying stupidity much. I started the Christopher Mitchell thread, so those of you that hate it can shit on me for it being brought to Druff’s attention in the first place.

I am as a big fan of the show to know Druff wouldn’t want to half-ass it. He cares too much about the product to mail in a show. My feeling was he clearly had a lot going on, but you can tell he doesn’t want to disappoint all the faithful fans. My personal opinion was at that point, both the show and himself, would be +EV if he kicked it to the weekend and stopped stressing about the show for a few days. I wasn’t kissing his ass, just giving my true opinion. So insult me if you would like, but that’s just how I felt.

Oh! I got a new high-end headset w/boom mic that someone I called today to test out said has excellent sound quality. Can’t do much about the mumbling, but at least the audio quality will be much improved.
