Your videos have been fair and honest and entertaining. Keep up the good work. I don't know if you want to open yourself up to a 2nd strike (which you know CM will go surely go for) when you know you'll have to go through "the long method" to avoid him doing a Youtube appeal and receiving your particulars. Maybe just talk about him in general, with minor pics displayed and a short short video. You had that picture of him (even as just a still) up for a while in that video of yours and even though that should not be a copyright infringement, who knows what YouTube allows him to strike you with.
You could gamble it up with a new video that shows him a lot, but why not try seeing if he'll go after you with a factual "ZERO chance it is a copyright infringement" video that leaves him be damned if he does and damned if he doesn't go after it.
I think Mitchells have perhaps slightly more $ from various sources than he has been flashing around lately so a bit more than the 2k..but not MUCH more. It's possibly gonna last a few more months...let's see. It's almost like he's leaving himself open to doing other things if the $$$ from baccarat faking it has truly dried up.

Wars, where were you twenty years ago when I really could of used some good advice? LOL. In all honesty I can be my worse critic at times. Add a few things I’m dealing with personally to that and I can for sure be over critical. The encouraging words and solid advice are much appreciated. He mentioned on one of his videos that he got "a really good deal on the rent" from "an older couple in California who hardly uses the place"
He said something about the good deal coming because he "agreed to take care of the place" and that his family were "good people, and the owners knew it." He also claimed that he prepaid for 6 months.
Now, as funny as it is that he and Stacy are "good people", I think the story is mostly true. It all fits in with his M/O. I have a feeling that this older couple didn't even have the place on the market, but instead CM just got to know them, put on the nice Christian family man act, and when he heard that they were barely ever in their Vegas place, he probably pitched a way to keep it well-maintained and put some money in their pockets.
Picture you're an old couple, you bought a condo in Vegas which you expected to use more often, but ended up going only once per year. Now perhaps you don't want to go at all for the time being, because of corona. You don't want to rent it out to some stranger who might ruin it and your furniture. You don't want to leave it vacant where it could either be broken into, or maintenance problems could develop (such as plumbing issues) without anyone being there to see.
Ideally, you'd have a tenant there you could trust -- one who would take care of the place the same way you would. And then that tenant would have some agreement to go to a hotel when you do your once-a-year visit.
I'm guessing that CM is that guy. He probably pitched it. I bet he's getting the place for like $1k/month or so. He probably did prepay in advance as an act of phony good faith.
I'm wondering when those 6 months are up, and if he's expected to prepay again. He may be able to talk them out of the 6-month prepayment because of corona or whatever, but I do wonder if what we're seeing now is a desperate attempt to raise money to pay the rent again.
100% those owners have no clue that their condo is Scam Central and the setting for all of these videos. That furniture is almost surely property of the owners, and not CM.

I am not an expert with HIPAA. Calling someone a dumbass because you are sighting HIPAA/ADA and how they have worked with other situations and hypothesizing how that enforcement will sort out when it comes to mask mandates is ridiculous. It’s apparent for whatever reason you wanted to throw a low blow. I know it happens a lot in the other threads of this forum and I myself got provoked the other day. Not sure what your angle is here Ryback.
Most of my experience with the law is it has been used so that Medical staff could shoe me away like a bug when I was the advocate for my girlfriend’s dying father. Basically using the law to not have to listen to me out. I digress though. You obviously have knowledge here and make some points. We all want to use our time optimally.
If at all possible I call the casinos with quick bullet points. For instance.... “Venetian security please, I am just calling to inform you that a man named Christopher Mitchell is using your property to conduct a scam. He is filming on your casino floor and making false claims which you can find on his YouTube channel Video at (Provide TimeStamp). You will also see in the video that he removes his mask often and his family does as well. He is a total menace and I hope your Casino doesn’t continue to enable him to scam others anymore going further”.
So the mask is just part of the story and the casinos can ban anyone for any reason in Las Vegas. I don’t agree that it is a total waste of time to call the NGC. However, I favor the bullet point approach trying to paint the picture for them of just what a menace he is. It may not be as optimal as calling the casinos but it can’t hurt.
Also, I know the ADA combined with HIPAA makes it nearly impossible to question someone claiming a health condition for some kind of exemption. However, I honestly don’t know how that would work with a pandemic because this is totally new to everyone. If it is mandated to wear masks is it as simple as “I can’t wear one because I have a condition?” Seems to kind of nullify the whole point of the mandate. Is it discrimination under ADA for a casino to not allow admission to someone not wearing a mask regardless of reason because of the health risk posed to others? Seems like quite a rabbit hole and frankly boring af to venture down.
