I was listening to the current podcast where you were talking About getting refunds from airlines. I was so pissed, I had $1000 in airline tickets that I was going to get a credit for until I heard your podcast. I just called Aamerican and used all the information you said and got full refunds. Thanks

Someone else tweeted the same thing to me after listening to the show.

I did that segment mainly to put the info out to people. I noticed that the airlines are trying to negative-checkoff-scam customers into taking these idiotic credits.
