Actually it seems the big problem with trying to do SPY options since ~April 8th, is there hasn't been much movement. We all assume there should be, but there isn't.

I only use 2 books regularly in NJ, foxbet (old stars) and DK and DK by far is the most aggressive with their limits on futures...don't know if it had to do with this impending IPO or what...i wanted to bet $500 on a NFL draft future they limited me to $36 and i was betting a -135 line...tried to bet like $50 on viktor hovland to win the masters...that was 80-1...they gave me like $15 right away and had to clear the other $35...tried to bet around $100 on the LAD under in baseball at -110...they gave me something like $40 right away and rejected the other $60...eventually got the other $60 down a few days later...id LOL if they had my account marked as "sharp", but to be so stingy on the amount im betting at the lines im betting at is really surprising...
Market been boring this week other than getting my face bashed in caught short early on.

Google is showing us the way. It’s a marketing/ad revenue story across the whole economy with an interesting trickle down. Ad spend is settled up months later.

its difficult to make heads or tales of all this gamesmanship but if the rigt wing legitimately does want to provoke a civil crisis, forcing a city responsible for 10% of the gdp to declare bankruptcy sounds like a logical next step.

You are correct that fighting the tsunami of stimulus is dangerous and can last longer.
I think optimism is about to get crushed by reality. IF openings were more widespread I would feel better about my short.
