As a "player"(uke) and singer I love these two. Great harmonies.
My brother's a professional so we can kill this song but my wife and my's version isn't terrible.
This thread is my Tonto tonite.
There are "more important" punk bands, but not many better.
maybe my favorite song to play on bass that the band I was in played waaay too fast but thats the fun they said...
they were right.
bluesy, folksy, and heroinsy.
for years I thought this song had some weird complicated meaning like Tool's '46 & 2' but I was wrong as shit and the song is great in its simplicity and imagine having a cover band where you could pull this off?
I didn't love this song in its time. I didn't KNOW this song in its time.
I'm better now.
There may be better, but there's no greater.
Joe fuckin' Walsh.
great music comes from everywhere, obv. but Boston's made it's fucking mark.
On the day it was released, the greatest mix and production of heavy guitar rock up until this time.
Dimebag was 100% one of the greatest metal guitarists ever.
Rage on one end, Pantera on the other, those are my metal bookends.
Have I told you my Evan Dando story?
No? It was because I passed out before everyone went to the bar where he was hanging, so I have no story. That was totally cool tho. He's great, my 'trip' was great, everything was great.
Martha's Vineyard is the greatest place on earth.
"Every way you look at it, you lose." I disagree, mr rock star.
this thread's like a beautiful memory hole where we deposit our musical loves of the moment well before we sober up...
this song was so great, letterman asked them to play it another after the commercial. So fucking great. The restraint on the tempo is difficult to achieve. Maybe the greatest Late Night performance ever, in that respect. By chance, I happened to be watching that night.
How you like me now?!?!?!
Imagine being the guy with the mic, and Letterman playing along?
How you like me now?
I love you!
How you like me now?
I love you!!!
How you like me nooowwww????
or was this the night I watched? I CAN'T TELL & DON'T CARE!!

I was first posting songs for anybody out there, but as this song suggests, I was aiming the wrong way.
posting this for limitles

I've seen Page & Plant, I've luxuriated in the Crowes & Page, I know the spirit of Zeppelin, but I never got to see the original, with mine own eyes, the greatest band ever. But I 100% saw the magic, more than once.
I'm sure I've posted this before. Greatest day ever.
Game starts 4:22 PM EDT. Clemens, in the first 2 innings, got chased with 6 hits, 5 runs, all earned, which made Irabu go almost 5 innings with 7 or 8 runs earned cuz Pedro stood tall and went 7 innings with 2 FUCKING HITS AND 2 WALKS.
Shutout baseball.
The place was fucking electric before the show ever began.
There have been greater days in Boston sports, obv, but Pedro crushing Clemens in October, I won;t ever forget that shit. I consider the Worcester show the afterparty.
