Little Darlings strip club in Vegas allegedly has a $45 ATM surcharge

I'm hearing rumors that some other clubs in Vegas charge as much as $60 per ATM transaction.

    Insane!

I never understood guys who dust off thousands or tends of thousands at strip clubs.

I actually read that as a $45 surcharge for ass-to-mouth & thought WTF is Druff complaining about & that was probably reasonable.

I used a ATM in Cozumel and got whacked with a $50 ATM fee on a $500 withdrawal 3 years ago. At least at the strip joint the $$ would have gone to good use.

My bank waives atm fees on my debit card. I wonder what Wells Fargo would do if I made a few withdrawals at Cheetah’s and Olympic Gardens (not really my thing). Might be worth it just to give them a bit of their own medicine.

I don't know the last time I used an ATM other than at the bank, but I thought the "ATM fee waived" stuff was just the bank not charging you what they'd normally charge you...and the strip club or whoever owns the actual machine still gets their $45 ass to mouth charge?

This is all well & good but does your wife waive the atm fees?

There's got to be a cap on this, and much lower than $45.

Otherwise these ATM owners could fuck the bank over hard by just having friends with fee-waiving banks repeatedly withdraw cash from those ATMs.

The fine print might specify that fees are completedly waived only with ATMs on a particular set of networks, but doesn’t exclude transactions handed off by ATMs on other networks. Those other networks charge their own fees, then add their fee to the amount of cash you want to determine the amount requested from your bank. So you still end up paying a fee, just not one to your own bank.

I always felt 15 dollars was a reasonable fee for money at a casino or strip club

It’s likely the club and the atm company split the fees
