Now that the video can't be used, it would seem that the only way forward for the prosecution is to get the two masseuses to testify in exchange for immunity. Hard to believe that a middle class Florida jury would find them credible after Kraft's lawyers shred them. However, this case is unlikely to go to trial. The prosecution will probably appeal the judge's decision but that doesn't sound promising to me. In the end, the only punishment that Kraft will face is probably from the NFL in the range of 4-8 games.

This is the most absurd thing Ive heard.. Its a slam dunk pretty much all those Asian rub and tug joints are Human Trafficking hubs and the stupid County DAs and Cops know it.. If they cant make the case their incompetent.. Ironic Asians are more culpable of human trafficking then even the Mexicans and Central Americans truth be told.. The arguments there are tons of Asian illegals is spot on.. Guarantee half the Asians working in Chinese resturants at those buffets are likely trafficking victims, all the rub and tug joints are filled with them with many sleeping on the floors in the places they work getting only rest from the short time many are closed.. (and some of those places also have underage girls as well so folks best be careful they don't catch pedo charges). And yes the girls wont talk for fear of their own lives or being dumped on the streets or worse INS being called anonymously to turn them in and deported because for some odd reason Liberals don't seem to give two shits about Asians being trafficked or being deported just the Mexicans and other Central Americans when in fact there are likely million+ illegal Asians as well (not to mention the Russian and Eastern Euros who hide out with the organized crime syndicates mostly back East).

Amazing it’s been close to a year since this whole story broke. None of the other counties charged anything. The 50 or so dudes they had on camera and then got pulled over for ID were all tossed out as I understand it. All the video was quashed.

If the palm beach DA didn’t want to make a name for himself this all would have been a nothing story.

A local plaza had a cop car in it for 2 months and all the locals assumed they were keeping an eye on the “jack shack” and we were waiting for the bust. Turns out they were watching a slot machine parlor that was operating with some questionable legality. I would have lost some $$ on that.
