I don't post a "shitload" of content from any site. Almost all of the posts I've made on this site are original thoughts by me.
In the few cases I've copy/pasted anything from 2+2, the post was by a third party (someone NOT associated with 2+2), and I always have posted a link back to the original source. Therefore, I am not "passing off" anything as original which is not.
Finally, as already stated, TwoPlusTwo's own terms of service state that they don't own any posts made by others on their site. So everything I've "reposted" does not belong to them anyway.

Also, an attorney (not an IP attorney, but an attorney) is posting in that 2+2 thread, and basically telling Mason that he's full of shit.
We've had attorneys post stuff on this very site that contradicted what you thought to be correct & you just summarily dismissed their thoughts because it wasn't perceived to be in their realm of expertise as far as law goes, so you posting this is kinda funny.

Anti-SLAPP law exists to prevent frivolous lawsuits meant to discourage public discourse.
Specifically, it allows you to (somewhat) cheaply and easily get lawsuits against you dismissed, if the purpose of such lawsuit is simply to silence public speech which the Plaintiff does not like. Even if the lawsuit appears to be about something else on its surface, if the subsequent discovery makes it likely that the lawsuit actually seeks to silence critical speech, Anti-SLAPP actions will cause the lawsuit to be dismissed.
California has especially strong anti-SLAPP statutes.
