By the by, I've eaten at the peking duck place they featured last week on Billions and all I can say is that the producers NYC name-drop game is on point, that restaurant is top fucking top.

I think Druff likes value for his money as opposed to fancy. Johns Pizzeria in midtown is solid. For family style Italian try Carmine's also midtown. You'll be in the theater district anyway right?
Druff's misspelling in the thread title kinda threw me.
I briefly thought he was looking for restroom suggestions.
Just what Druff needs, a restaurant that you have to make dinner reservations months in advance and pay at least $300 per person.
The food looks great at Eleven Madison Park.
Caviar Benedict with smoked sturgeon, diced ham and picked egg yolk.
Duck, glazed with honey and lavender with plum and onion.
Oxtail: Braised with Chestnut and Black Truffle.
Foie Gras marinated with black truffle and mushroom.
Brussel sprouts roasted with bone marrow and pumpkin seeds.
Rutabaga with Celery and Walnuts, and Salsify with Garlic and Thyme.
Celery Root with Black Truffle.
Baked Alaska.
The only way Druff would eat at a fine restaurant like this would be if someone else were paying for it.
A great brunch spot I found was Beauty & Essex on the Lower East Side. The Boozy Brunch with Champagne is $55 per person, so maybe a bit too much for Druff's wallet....but they also have a reasonably priced and tasty menu outside of that as well.

I would of also recommended Ruby Foo's in Mahattan if you are into Pan-Asian, but they closed down
