Thats fucking severe.

"America is not so much a nightmare as a non-dream. The American non-dream is precisely a move to wipe the dream out of existence. The dream is a spontaneous happening and therefore dangerous to a control system set up by the non-dreamers." -- William S. Burroughs
I feel like Jesus' dime-store facial hair / wig really dragged this season into the gutter.
I predict this show wraps after season 10. Season 8 will be The Whisperers I guess, and I expect they will somehow merge Fear of the Walking Dead into season 9, and season 10 will be 'the parties over', where we finally understand that pretty much no one is going to die of old age ever again.

How much money do they make off The Walking Dead?
Yes, that's a piece of paper pretending to be the inside of a house.
im ready for this show to end soon.

Go back and watch the first three episodes of this show.
Then tell me how this show is anywhere close to the same show it was then.
Good luck. Might as well the the price is right and the sopranos.
every time i see michonne clutching her sword while doing like strategic breach posture in a totally empty clearing im like 'this is not for functional adults'.

only seen about 1/2 of the episodes...the firearms are the real stars of the show but i've yet to seen anyone clean a firearm after use, cast their own bullets, load/assemble cartridges, or even field strip a jammed semi-auto...and considering the show is in an area of high humidity (eastern USA) no concern to storing ammo in dry air makes no sense...
(long before there was a PFA i had my Grenade & Crossbones avatar at DD)
winslow is god.

so a) these arent the whisperers, and b) there was a 'scavengers' in the comics but these sure as shit arent them.
im guessing they serve as some sort of catalyst eg they grossly underestimate the saviors, get smeared, and in her dying breath jadis tips negan to what ricks up to and the season ends with negan effectively declaring open war on everyone everywhere.

The junkyard people are not from the comic book.
They are just a bunch of hoarders called the "Heapsters".
You know how this season is going to end, right?
Negan will show up with his baseball bat lucille and beat the living shit out of Rick, then right before Negan goes for the death blow, the screen goes blank.
i think carol might get smoked this season. i think daril wrote a check when he lied to her and her dying is that check getting cashed.

This "official Walking Dead T-Shirt" has been found to be racist and offensive.
“The slogan is “Eeeny meenie miny moe…..” It stops there, but of course we all know what the original said: “catch a n-word by his toe.” “The graphic has a large American baseball bat, wrapped round with barbed wire, and covered with blood. This image relates directly to the practice of assaulting black people in America. “It is directly threatening of a racist assault, and if I were black and were faced by a wearer I would know just where I stood.” The slogan comes from the final episode of the sixth series of the critically acclaimed horror drama in which zombies have overrrun a post-apocalyptic world.
In one scene, Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) bludgeons a character to death using a barbed-wire rapped baseball bat while uttering the phrase. However, in the clip, he uses the word “tiger” rather than the N-word.
Like, ok, HOW long has it been since the dead began the "end of days" scenario in this world? 7-8 years in show timeline?
So you are telling me that in that time, these people made a society of weirdos that have their own speech (show rick UP UP UP DERP) their own weird dress code and Draconian rules?
I'm sorry, its not been generations, these people all remember Starbucks and fucking blockbuster. I love this show, don't get me wrong, but its just simply jumped the shark.
It would be forgivable normally, for a show that ran this long......but when they have Jeffrey Dean Morgans absolutely mesmerizing "Negan" and "Lucille" as episode fodder, its an affront to my senses watching a man pretending to be a king whilst pretending to have an English accent and sporting a fucking pet TIGER FFS.
Shark.......Jumped.
UP UP UP is GOD/thread
so we got some solid negan in the mix tonight, that was nice.
last ep we had winslow, this ep we had negan... things are looking up.
