Has anyone in NY had there account closed for "suspicious" activity?

Bit of background. I wanted to get more involved with the props as my local only post selective ones. I remembered I had an old bovada account I ran up hard back in the day and a SB.AG account too. Bovada wouldn't even let me deposit because I am from NY, however SB.AG was fine with it as long as I used bitcoin. I made 2 small deposits totaling $500 and ran it up to $1k on like 7ish small bets. I then was going to go heavy on props with a friend and we deposited an additional 5k yesterday.

This morning at work I recieved a blocked call on my cell, it was from SB.AG and they stated that my account was being closed for suspicious activity and that I need to go on the site and verify my banking info to withdraw (note my account is verified for bitcoin withdrawal and I didnt even have an option to deposit or withdraw with anything but bitcoin up until that point). I asked them for specifics and they refused to say anything and just kept saying "suspicious activity" and " the decision is final".

So fine whatever, I was more worried about the money and asked what the process was going to be. They stated that it would be done in 2 separate wires each being charged a 3% fee and $30 service charge! I asked why I wasn't getting my free monthly withdrawal and they said "this is policy, apologies our decision is final".

I asked for a supervisor and got the same answer. Finally after 5min "Sir if you do not provide your banking documents on the site you will not be able to withdraw. There is not much else to say. If you want to receive your funds in a timely manner please upload the requested docs".

I ended up just ending the call, but it's bullshit that they closed my account AND are charging me the withdrawal fee AND it has to be by wire and not bitcoin... which my friend said "they prob think you are a fed" well if that's the case, wouldn't bitcoin be safer? I uploaded my docs and now my withdrawals are "pending". Sending my buddy his money, but this whole shit is sucks.

Has this happened to anyone?

I'm withdrawing a bit over 6k... so it's $60 fee (2 wires) and an additional ~$185.50 for the 3%...

Obviously I uploaded and everything they wanted and it was approved, still bullshit.

At this point IDC, as long as I get my money then whatever. Like any business, this have the right to refuse service, but if I don't get paid then I'll be out my money + I'm going to pay my friend regardless so I'd be out his too, which would suck. I don't think that's the case, just the whole situation is fucked

Sorry I thought given our pass disagreements you were poking fun at me for them charging the fee. Also, yes last night I was drinking and this morning too.
